We collaborate with leading Italian design and furniture brands, delivering bespoke solutions and overseeing every phase of the project: from initial consulting to material selection, from design to handling all administrative procedures and supplier coordination.

Maurizio Lanucara, our lead architect, holds a degree from the University of Rome "La Sapienza," and has been involved in building design and administrative management for over thirty years. Maurizio has overseen numerous residential and commercial renovations, always ensuring safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance. For years, he has led ATRIA's technical team, coordinating every structural aspect of our projects and overseeing the studio's other architects.

Giovanna Selvaggi, our International Client Director and technical consultant, is ATRIA's point of reference for clients abroad. With in-depth knowledge of foreign clients' cultures and expectations, she brings an open, innovative approach. Giovanna manages relationships with foreign clients, handles bilingual communications and all necessary translations, including official documents. She facilitates every bureaucratic aspect between Italy and clients' home countries and provides technical support at every stage, ensuring a smooth process without cultural barriers.

Stefano Chininea, architect, holds a master's degree in Architecture - Urban Regeneration from Sapienza University of Rome. He follows ATRIA's projects with close attention to proportion, materials, and light, taking care over every detail and design consistency from concept to completion. His skill in representing projects through 3D models and renders lets clients visualize their spaces before they take shape.

Gloria Colleluori, our local real estate specialist, knows the Atri area and its surroundings in depth. She has guided clients through numerous property sales and keeps a close eye on building sites across the region. Well connected with local institutions, Gloria is ATRIA's trusted link on the ground — ensuring every purchase and renovation is rooted in genuine knowledge of the territory and its community.
